The Finance Super Suite has a fully customizable chart of accounts along with an unlimited number of funds, based on individual state requirements. The Finance Super Suite includes the general ledger, encumbrance accounting, accounts payable, contracts management, check reconciliation, fixed asset tracking, budgeting, capital projects, grant administration, project tracking, and robust reporting. The system includes an array of financial reports containing drill down capability along with a built in custom report writer that allows you to print to PDF or export to Excel while providing the ability to save numerous reporting templates.
Seamless integration is essential when implementing an ERP solution. A single source of entry streamlines processes, which allows for strict enforcement of real time budgetary controls. Transactions from finance and all other modules post to the general ledger.
All modules are guaranteed to be state and federal compliant and include all statutory forms which can be printed or sent electronically to the required agencies. Unlimited attachments allow for the storage of pictures, documents, or anything specific to that employee in a centralized location. Robust security limits a user’s access based on their specified security level. ACA compliance is guaranteed with a knowledgeable staff available to provide support.
Payroll is designed as an exception based system to reduce the amount of manual entry, allows for multiple pay rates, and integrates seamlessly with Human Resources, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Finance. Salary and wage account distributions, along with agency payments, are exported directly into Finance so information is only entered once. There is an unlimited amount of direct deposits, contract tracking, retirement tracking, salary history, accrual tables, statutory and voluntary deduction tracking all contained within one centralized location.
The Revenue Management applications consist of: tax billing and collection, utility billing and collection, accounts receivable and business licensing, permitting and code enforcement, work orders, inventory control, animal licensing and applicable web portals and mobile apps.
Municipal Management includes permitting, violations, work orders, inventory control and fleet maintenance. These modules allow you to track municipal assets from the smallest inventory item to vehicles, equipment and infrastructure. It is easy to schedule a work order to perform specific tasks on these assets and take advantage of full tracking and reporting capability.
A suite of cloud based modules allow the office to be “open” 24/7 and streamline operations. For example, customers can view and pay bills online, contractors can check permits, residents can log complaints and check statuses, and employees can view and request time off along with the ability to access other relevant employee information.
A suite of mobile apps allow users to access, edit, and enter information quickly and easily through mobile apps available from the App Store or Google play store. The apps communicate with the desktop software in real time to increase efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
