With a population around 4,100, Metter City, Georgia officials determined that their previous software solutions were not performing to the highest standards. The city decided to leave their old software behind and opt for ERP software for the public sector that would offer a fully integrated solution. Metter City employees are now able to use Edmunds to drive productivity and eliminate menial tasks by replacing their old financial, payroll, and utility billing systems. The city joins over 850 clients along the east coast in selecting Edmunds & Associates to streamline business operations.
Edmunds Team Supports Freehold Municipal Alliance
On May 21, 2018, four of our dedicated employees participated in celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Ray Kershaw Memorial Golf Outing hosted by the Freehold Municipal Alliance to Prevent Substance Abuse. As a sponsor of this event, we were glad to have Alec Friedman (far left), Frank Champion (2nd from left), Jim Brown (2nd from right) and Pete Lachall (far right) participate on behalf of Edmunds & Associates in support of a great cause.
Their Mission Statement: “The Freehold Municipal Alliance to Prevent Substance Abuse exists to meet the need for comprehensive, coordinated substance abuse awareness planning and programming for the residents of Freehold Township and Freehold Borough. The Alliance conducts needs assessments, produces an annual prevention plan, and advocates for enhanced prevention services based on community needs and priorities.”

New Jersey Tech Council Young Leader Honoree
Congratulations to our Director of Client Services in being recognized as a young leader by the New Jersey Tech Council. The NJ Tech Council was founded in 1996 with goals to provide business development, education, networking, recognition opportunities and advocacy for the state’s technology businesses. It is a private, nonprofit membership organization that supports the tech, innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems across the region and is among the largest trade organizations of its kind nationwide.
Chris was honored on May 2nd, 2018 as a rising star in the Winner’s Circle at the 2018 Innovation & HealthTech Conference. The Winner’s Circle is a reception that recognizes New Jersey’s business and tech winners from 2017 including the Council’s own awards programs, regional and national business publications, and various other associations. The reception also celebrates some of the finest young leaders, honoring the 2018 Innovators to Watch, Rising Stars in STEM, a group of up to 50 impressive young over achievers.
