Integration - Users can pay projects directly through the accounts payable system. Projects are attached to expense accounts that are directly posted to the general ledger.
Developer maintenance - Developer’s tax id, address, contact, phone numbers and a notes field can be stored. Print labels, reports and 1099s from the developer menu.
Project maintenance - Each project is attached to a developer and each developer can have an unlimited number of projects. The projects can be attached to a block and lot (map & parcel). There are user defined categories, such as application stage or inspection stage. The escrow system allows the users to post interest and cash deposits as well as pay bills that all post directly to the proper general ledger accounts. Projects may also have a minimum balance threshold. Included in the report section is an insufficient funds statements. Check all activity for the project from the maintenance screen for any date range.
Statements & reports - Users can print project statements for the developers and mail them or email them directly to the developer from the escrow module. Print a project listing or project status report to get a balance of outstanding balances for each project. Not interested in ALL the detail? Chose the transaction inquiry and only print the transactions you wish to see, like deposits for the month of May.
