Edmunds & Associates, Inc. has been in business for thirty-five years.  The company started in 1972 as a Department of Defense contractor, and in 1984 moved solely into providing in-house finance and revenue systems to local government.  Edmunds & Associates is a privately owned corporation that is completely debt free.  Stable and focused, E&A is in it for the long haul.

Market Experience

With more than 20 years of providing in-house application software for over 525 local government entities, it's clear that we have substantial market experience.  Experience alone does not always provide the right answer.  But experience can be a great asset if you learn and grow from it.  At Edmunds & Associates, we are proud of the way our company has matured and continues to improve based on learning from our experiences, both positive and negative.

Product Development

To succeed in the application software industry, your products cannot become stagnant.  Not only must you stay current with today’s technology and frequently changing statutes, you must also listen to your customers and add features which will better help them do their jobs. At E&A we constantly improve our products and will continue to do so.  Edmunds & Associates has a commitment to provide a product that is feature rich, easy to use, and cost effective.

Customer Support

Although mentioned last, customer support may very well be the most important pillar in the application software business.  A great product with poor support will more than likely equal a failed installation.
