Welcome to our website!
Edmunds & Associates is proud to provide our clients with cost effective financial software that assists them to better run their local government. We are a privately held and debt free corporation that has been dedicated to servicing local governments since 1972. As a natural progression of our business, Edmunds began developing PC based financial and revenue collection software for our clients in 1984. Today we are happy to service over 600 local government clients located in the “eastern” portion of the United States. The annual operating budget of these clients ranges from less than $1 million to over $1 billion.
At Edmunds, we don’t stand still or believe in relying on past success. We’re continuously working on developing new products and upgrading our existing MCSJ applications. Support and service is critically important in the local government market and our ninety-seven percent client retention rate is by far the industry’s highest. Over seventy-five percent of our operating budget is dedicated specifically to customer support and product development.
In 2012, we are celebrating our 40th year which is proof that quality software and award winning support can still be affordable.
